Non-Accessible Content / Non-Compliance with Regulations
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
WCAG 3.1.1 Language of Page: <html> element must have a lang attribute (Axe)
- Contact- This refers to the reCAPTCHA. This is content from a third party and we do not have control to make changes.
WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard: Frames with focusable content must not have tabindex=-1 (Axe)

WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard- All pages- At 200% zoom, links within the hamburger menu are not accessible using the keyboard
- The keyboard cannot be used to access other links within the menu. The keyboard tabs through the menu, however it becomes difficult for users to view full content and the focus visible becomes lost in the background.
WCAG 2.4.3 Focus Order: Only if severe (Manual)- Home
- The keyboard tabs into the cookie banner last. This makes it difficult for keyboard users to see all content across the webpage as the banner covers available information and links.

- At 400% zoom, the hamburger menu does not reflow to fit the page correctly. Dropdown options within the menu cannot be opened clearly.
