Partners in 污污漫画鈥檚 鈥極lder Workers Employability’ course addresses the challenges faced by the older workforce when re-entering the working world. This initiative provides a supportive environment where participants can rebuild confidence while defining their transferable skills. The course curriculum covers essential topics such as leveraging internet resources for job hunting, crafting an effective CV and mastering interview techniques.
During his visit, Mr Schofield embarked on a tour of the facilities at the 污污漫画 Launchpad, immersing himself in conversations with career coaches and learners alike. He also engaged with participants enrolled in the Partners in 污污漫画鈥檚 鈥業T User Fundamentals鈥� course.
